    This practical, hands-on role will involve working as part of an experienced team who are responsible for the fermentation and maturation of our premium ciders. You will specifically be responsible for the movements of and additions to cider during the fermentation and maturation process.

    Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure with a focus on quality will be key to ensuring that our wonderful ciders are produced and finished to the premium standards we require.

    This is a full-time, permanent position with shifts involving a four on, four off shift pattern of 6am - 6pm.

    We are currently recruiting within our Engineering Team for Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers.

    Duties include:

    We are looking for candidates who have a proactive approach to engineering and are able to cover a range of issues associated with production equipment on site including; fault finding on equipment, resolving breakdowns and carrying out an extensive planned maintenance programmes.

    The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills/experience:

    • Demonstrable experience in electrical & mechanical engineering;
    • Good understanding of working with production equipment and PLCs;
    • Effective communication skills and a team player;
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • High attention to detail;

    Duties include:

    This role will involve supporting the Hospitality Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Scrumpy House Restaurant, including the delivery of catering and refreshments of breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as undertaking functions and special events such as private parties and corporate hospitality. The successful candidate will be working as part of an experienced team who are responsible for great customer experience at Westons.

    The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills/experience:

    - Previous experience of successfully managing or assistant managing a busy restaurant.

    - Cash management experience.

    - Stock management experience.

    - Willingness to support the small team in all areas of restaurant operation, including cooking, kitchen cleaning and service.

    The Technical Compliance Lead will drive protecting brand and business reputation through engagement in our Integrated Management System. This role requires an understanding of customer needs and requirements to develop effective sustainability and quality control processes. The Technical Compliance Lead will have a key contribution to making progress towards Net zero 2050.

    The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

    • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Technical, Compliance or Auditing roles within food manufacturing.
    • High attention to detail.
    • In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
    • Internal Audit experience, ideally Lead Auditing.
    • Statistical analysis.
    • Proficient in IT literacy with experience of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI.
    • Degree educated.
    • Ideally HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 trained

    Duties include:

    The successful candidate will work alongside the Hospitality Team and will provide food preparation and catering for the Scrumpy House Restaurant. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinners as well as catering for functions and special events such as private parties, corporate hospitality and staff long service/retirement lunches.

    This is a full-time, permanent position, primarily consisting of straight day shifts. The Scrumpy House operates seven days a week, with standard opening hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (kitchen closes at 3:00pm). We also run our popular Scrumpy Thursdays, with extended service from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

    Weekend hours are 10:00am to 4:00pm, with extended opening on Saturdays from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

    The role is 35 hours per week, spread over 5 out of 7 days (including weekends), with opportunities for overtime. Therefore, flexibility is essential.

    We’re now looking for a Warehouse & Yard Night Shift Supervisor to play a vital leadership role in keeping our operations running smoothly through the night.

    Duties include:

    As our Night Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead and inspire a dedicated Warehouse and Yard team, creating a safe, efficient, and well-organised working environment during our night operations. Working closely with production and Transport, you’ll ensure finished goods, materials, and dispatches are managed seamlessly, helping our world-class ciders reach customers far and wide.

    This is a hands-on leadership role, spending around 75% of your time on the floor, supporting your team and leading by example, alongside 25% administrative and reporting responsibilities.

    Working hours: Permanent role, 7:30pm – 3:30am, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work additional hours when required, including weekends.

    What you’ll be responsible for

    • Leading Warehouse & Yard operations during the night shift (6pm–6am coverage)
    • Championing colleague safety, wellbeing, and high standards
    • Supporting production through effective materials supply and internal transfers
