PROCESS OPERATIVE

Duties include:

This practical, hands-on role will involve working as part of an experienced team who are responsible for the fermentation and maturation of our premium ciders. You will specifically be responsible for the movements of and additions to cider during the fermentation and maturation process.

Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure with a focus on quality will be key to ensuring that our wonderful ciders are produced and finished to the premium standards we require.

This is a full-time, permanent position with shifts involving a four on, four off shift pattern of 6am - 6pm.

Maintenance Engineers

We are currently recruiting within our Engineering Team for Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers.

Duties include:

We are looking for candidates who have a proactive approach to engineering and are able to cover a range of issues associated with production equipment on site including; fault finding on equipment, resolving breakdowns and carrying out an extensive planned maintenance programmes.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills/experience:

• Demonstrable experience in electrical & mechanical engineering;
• Good understanding of working with production equipment and PLCs;
• Effective communication skills and a team player;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• High attention to detail;
• Previous experience within the FMCG industry would also be advantageous.

Working hours will consist of a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, consisting of two consecutive shifts of 06.00-18.00 followed by two consecutive shifts of 18.00 – 06.00, followed by four consecutive shifts off.

Key Account Manager – On Trade – Pub Co’s & Regional Brewers

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of On Trade customers, focusing on Pub Co's and Regional Brewers. This field-based role is responsible for delivering budgeted sales targets while building strong, long-term customer relationships.

Duties include:

Location: Field-based – candidates must be based in the Southern Region of the UK, ideally within the M4/M5 corridor.

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve annual sales volumes, revenues and profit though a specified, directly managed account base.

· Develop a contact strategy with all customers, including Procurement/Commercial Managers, Sales Teams, Telesales, BDM’s, Marketing Managers.

· Construct and activate journey plans to cover entire customer base consisting of existing stockists and prospect accounts as directed.

· Implement agreed channel activity as directed by the Business Unit Controller and/or On Trade Customer Marketing team in line with our portfolio strategy objectives.

· Maintain accurate customer records & contact reports.

· Execute minimum call targets as directed by Business Unit Controller.

· Develop detailed market place knowledge – accounts, personnel, competition, emerging businesses.

· Support Business Unit Controller & National Account Managers as directed.

· Computer Literate and confident in using Microsoft Office packages.

· Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
