We are invested in the future of our people, place & portfolio for the next generation.
Started by Henry Weston in 1880, our ambition is to be here in another 140 years, working gently with the Herefordshire land. Our Environment, social and governance plans sit at the heart of this.

Orchards

We source all our fruit from within a 50 mile radius of the Cider Mill including over 300 acres of our own orchards, located in beautiful Herefordshire.

Waste to energy

The pomace is the apple mulch created from the residue pips, skins and stalks from cider making. It is sent to a Biogas digester and this waste creates CO2 which we use to put the fizz into our ciders!

Organic

Westons work with many organic growers in the region and we have 43 acres of glorious organic, Soil Association-certified orchards ourselves. Plus an organic livestock farm.

Birdlife

Working with the British Trust for Ornithology to study birdlife in our orchards and wetlands and planting 10.5 hectares of bird food and wild flower mix each year.
